What information does The Athlete Watch collect from me?
The Athlete Watch collects information in several ways. For example, we collect some personal information when you fill out our questionnaire. This includes name, email address, high school, graduation year, parent/guardian name, address and email address, age, height, weight and sports interests ("Registration Information"). After your account is created, you fill out a profile that includes detailed information about your athletic and educational experiences and goals, your high school and club teams and coaches (including their contact information), your GPA, class rank, graduating class, SAT and ACT scores, counselor (including their contact information), photograph, interests, etc. ("Profile Information"). Once you register, you are no longer anonymous to us and are able to take full advantage of the website and our services. In addition to registration, we may ask you for information at other times, such as when you report a problem with our site or services, or contact The Athlete Watch via the corporate e-mail address. If you contact The Athlete Watch, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

How does The Athlete Watch use the information?
Our main goal in collecting information is to improve the site and provide you with the best possible experience on the site. For example, by using the information we collect, we can provide you with an easy to use and readily available forum to market your athletic abilities to colleges and universities. We will also use your personal information to notify you of other products or services available from The Athlete Watch and our affiliates.
Profile Information. After we receive your profile questionnaire under "Create New Account" and you and your parent confirm by email your intent to use the website the Profile Information is displayed on The Athlete Watch website for all to see. In order to attract the largest number of interested college coaches, we make the website experience as simple as possible for them to use. We do not require passwords or registration for coaches (or anyone else) to see your profile information. That means that your profile information will be available to anyone using the internet. IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH YOUR INFORMATION BEING POSTED ON THE INTERNET, DO NOT SUBMIT THE INFORMATION. We do require coaches to email us to obtain your contact information or that of your parents, coaches or counselors.

With whom does The Athlete Watch share my information?
Other than your Profile Information, we will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or under the circumstances described below. These are some of the ways that your information may be disclosed:
Profile Information: PROFILE INFORMATION IS DISPLAYED ON THE INTERNET.
Performance Videos: We believe that in order to effectively promote an athlete on the internet, the athlete should have a video highlight reel and/or a skills video posted on TheAthleteWatch. We have partnered with Michael Johnson Performance Center ("MJP") to provide highlight reel and skills video production services. We provide your contact information to MJP and they will contact you regarding video packages and other related services.
Data in the Aggregate: We may disclose “blinded” aggregated data and user statistics to prospective partners and other third parties. Blinded data is data which does not identify an individual person.
Other: We also may disclose your information in special cases. For example, when we believe that we must disclose information to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms and Conditions of Use, or may be causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, other website users or customers, or anyone else that may be harmed by such activities. We may disclose or access account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it and for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, service and improve our products and services.
We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, including packaging, delivering or mailing, answering customer questions about products or services, sending postal mail, providing investor information and processing data. Any user statistics that we may provide to prospective partners regarding financial matters are provided in the aggregate only and do not include any personally identifiable information about any individual user. We will transfer your credit card number, bank account number or other personal information to the appropriate credit card The Athlete Watch or bank in order to process any online payments.

The Athlete Watch Registration Information is password-protected so you have access to this personal information. Remember to sign out of your The Athlete Watch account and close your browser window when you have finished your work. To ensure that you will not receive recurring marketing information from us unless you choose to, we will provide you with simple instructions on each marketing email from The Athlete Watch for you to let us know that you have chosen to stop receiving such emails from us.
